Grade 6 Modern Classes
Modern Theatre is a rhythmic dance style is a rhythmic dance style rooted in musical theatre which originated in America before travelling to the rest of the world. It is often seen on the stages of musical productions and is known for its theatrical qualities.
Flexibility and finesse are the building blocks of Jazz & Modern Theatre Dance, and they are blended with an accent on performance. The style uses travelling steps, high kicks, leaps and turns which all utilise strength and flexibility.
